103.2 No agreement

Even if the parties do not manage to agree on any of the issues, it may be useful to produce an agreed summary of the mediation which could prove useful in future discussions. This could be in the form of a non-binding, without prejudice document produced by the mediator, setting out the differences and the common ground between the parties.
