104 Description of garden in transfer or lease, plan

Unless the garden comprises the whole of the land in a registered title, any transfer or lease of a garden, or of an easement to use the garden, which will therefore comprise part of the land in a registered title, must have attached to it a plan identifying clearly the land dealt with1, and that plan must be signed by the transferor, lessor or grantor2.
