97 Land registration

When sporting rights are being granted out of registered land, the disposition must be registered to confer a legal title on the grantee1. To complete the disposition by registration, notice of the grant must be entered against the registered servient title and must also, where it exists as an appurtenant right and the title to the dominant land is registered, be entered as an appurtenant right in the property register of that title2.
