Enquiries should be made on behalf of a grantee of the number of persons authorised to kill and take ground game and other creatures as this may affect the enjoyment of the sporting rights1. For example, permission may have been given by the owner to hunters using other methods to catch ground game eg by the use of nets and ferrets.
