95 Agricultural tenants: compensation for damage

In addition to having sporting rights as set out above1, an agricultural tenant may have a right of compensation from his landlord under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 for damage to his crops caused by game2. This right applies only where the landlord has reserved the sporting rights, and the tenant has not himself permission in writing to kill the game3.
