63 Farming partnershipsThe fact that the business inevitably involves the occupation of land, and might well be or become subject to the provisions of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 or involve dealing with land still subject to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, and in particular that the parties may enjoy the benefit of entitlements used for the purposes of their business and have rights to farming subsidies and grants, means that there are certain problems peculiar to farming partnerships which have to be addressed specifically.
