605 Offences

It is an offence for any person to begin or carry out a project without first obtaining either a decision that the project is not a relevant project, or a decision granting consent for a project in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) Regulations, punishable on summary conviction by a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale1.
