506 Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 provide for the Environment Agency to accept an enforcement undertaking in respect of a range of permit-related offences1. (An enforcement undertaking is a means of a person avoiding the court process and a possible conviction where the Environment Agency suspects them of having committed an offence.)
