458 Exemptions relating to agriculture

Regulations permit the burning, subject to conditions, of certain farm and other wastes1. Burning of any substances falling within the exemptions is not an offence. There is one exemption of particular relevance to agriculture: the burning of animal or poultry carcasses2.
