408.3 Class B permitted development rights

In respect of Class B (broadly, development on smaller agricultural holdings), the limitations and conditions provide that the development is not permitted if it materially affects the external appearance of the site or affects any building that might be used for accommodation of livestock or the storage of slurry or sewage sludge where it is within 400 metres of the curtilage of a residence not associated with agriculture1.
