35 Usage of entitlements

In both England and Wales there are rules relating to the usage of entitlements, which if breached will result in the confiscation of entitlements to the national reserve1.

In 2015 following notification of entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme, a farmer will keep the entitlements he is allocated, as long as he declared sufficient hectares of eligible land on his 2015 Basic Payment Scheme application.
