The Forestry Commission is entitled to break the contract if the applicant does not do any of the required work to its reasonable satisfaction, fails to conclude the plan of operations to its reasonable satisfaction, breaches a condition of the contract, gives materially false, misleading or incorrect information or is declared bankrupt, makes a composition with or grants a trust deed for his creditors, or goes into liquidation other than a members voluntary liquidation. In such circumstances the Forestry Commission will not pay any further grant under the contract and any felling licences are cancelled. Further
