26 Agricultural activity

The concept of a ‘farmer’ is wider than might be expected. To be a farmer, the legal person must carry out an agricultural activity. This is defined as being any of the following:

  1. 26.1

        the production, rearing or growing of agricultural products including harvesting, milking, breeding animals and keeping animals for farming purposes;

  2. 26.2
