253 Changes of occupation during the scheme agreement

As under Countryside Stewardship, it is highly likely that if the agreement holder under Glastir disposes of the whole or any part of his farm, he will need to arrange for the incoming occupant to take over his scheme agreement obligations in relation to the land in question. He will also need to notify Natural Resources Wales within the relevant time period following completion1. To avoid the risk of a future breach of scheme rules, the agreement holder should ensure that appropriate agreements and indemnities are obtained from the transferee
