191.1 Sporting rights

In addition to the other public and private rights of access discussed in this section, an individual may acquire a right of access1 over land for the purpose of sporting on it. The right must be acquired from the person who currently owns the sporting rights over the land2. Entry onto land without a licence will amount to trespass and can be dealt with accordingly.
