186.3 Deposit of material on the highway

It is an offence1 to deposit any dung, compost or other material for dressing land or any rubbish on or within 15 feet from the centre of any made up carriageway. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale2.
