176.4 Conditions

A licence may be granted subject to compliance with specified conditions, and may be revoked at any time by the authority granting it1. Contravention of a licence, or failure to comply with any condition imposed by it is an offence, in addition to any other offence which may result from contravention or failure under the Protection of Badgers Act 1992 or other statutory provision2.
