139 Review of management agreement payments—transitional provisions

Where annual payments under existing agreements are due to be reviewed, the basis of review will depend upon the terms of the agreement. If it contains express provisions setting out the basis of review, those provisions will remain binding on Natural England and the Natural Resources Body for Wales even if they now depart from the current guidance.
