129 Failure to comply with a restoration order

If, the person against whom a restoration order is made fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with its terms within the period specified in the order, he is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding £100 for each day during which the offence continues1.
