124 Management schemes

Natural England and the Natural Resources Body for Wales may formulate a management scheme for all or part of a site of special scientific interest1. The management scheme may set out a scheme for conserving the features of special interest or for restoring them2. Notice must be given to every owner and occupier of the land concerned of the proposed management scheme (including a copy of the proposed management scheme), but only after the owner/occupier has been consulted about the proposed management scheme3.
