63 Compensation on resumption of possession of part of the holding

Where either1:

  1. 63.1

        the landlord resumes possession of part of the holding, pursuant to a provision in the tenancy agreement; or

  2. 63.2

        following a severance of the reversion, a person entitled to a severed part of the reversionary estate resumes possession of part of the holding by virtue of a notice to quit2 that part;

the statutory provisions relating to compensation apply as if that part were a separate holding3.
