62 Successive tenancies

The Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 contains provisions for ‘rollover’ similar to those in the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 with a proviso that if compensation is payable at the end of a farm business tenancy which is then renewed, the tenant does not get compensated again on the expiration of the second or subsequent one1.
