443 Repeat tenancies after non-shortholds

Under the provisions of the Housing Act 1988 Section 20 it was not possible to grant an assured shorthold tenancy where the tenant (or one of them) had, immediately before the grant of the new tenancy, held an assured tenancy under which the landlord was the same as the landlord under the new tenancy1.
