352 Provision of accommodation

If the authority is satisfied that the applicant’s case is substantiated, it must use its best endeavours to provide suitable alternative accommodation1. In assessing the priority that should be given to the application, the authority must take into account the urgency of the case, the competing claims on the accommodation it can provide and the resources at its disposal2.
