34 Rent review options under the 2006 Reform OrderThe options which were added by the Regulatory Reform (Agricultural Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2006, SI 2006/2805, are both subject to the proviso that the tenancy agreement must not contain any provision which precludes a reduction in rent during the tenancy1. Provided this condition is met, there are then two options available to the parties:34.1 first they can choose to state expressly that Part II of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 19952 shall not apply to the tenancy and they then have freedom to agree
