333 Suitable accommodation

Accommodation is deemed suitable if it consists of:

  1. 333.1

        premises to be let as a separate dwelling such that they will then be let on a protected tenancy within the meaning of the Rent Act 19771; or

  2. 333.2

        premises to be let as a separate dwelling on terms that will, in the court’s opinion, afford security of tenure to the tenant reasonably equivalent to the security afforded by the Rent Act 19772, in the case of a protected tenancy, and, in the opinion of the court, the accommodation fulfils certain conditions3.
