306 Relevant licence1

‘Relevant licence’ means any licence under which a person has the exclusive occupation2 of a dwellinghouse as a separate dwelling, which would be a protected tenancy for the purposes of the Rent Act 19773 if it were a tenancy4 and the provisions of the Rent Act 1977 relating to exceptions to the definition of ‘protected tenancies’5 were modified as mentioned in the Rent (Agriculture) Act 19766.
