304 Conditions for protection

A person who has a relevant licence or tenancy1 in relation to a dwellinghouse that is in qualifying ownership2, or has at any time during the subsistence of the licence or tenancy been in qualifying ownership (whether it was at the time a relevant licence or not), is a protected occupier of the dwellinghouse if:

  1. 304.1

        he is a qualifying worker3 or has been one at any time during the subsistence of the licence or tenancy (whether it was at the time a relevant licence or tenancy or not)4; or
