301 The application of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976

Agricultural workers housed by their employers pursuant to tenancies or licences1 granted up to and including 14 January 19892 enjoy the protection of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 19763. These occupiers are affected also by the Housing Act 1988, but only with regard to the rules relating to succession4. The Housing Act 1988 applies to tenancies or licences created after 14 January 19895.
