29 Tenant’s right to remove fixtures

Subject to certain exceptions1, a tenant under a farm business tenancy has the right to remove any fixture affixed to, and any building erected on, the holding by the tenant2 and any fixture or building acquired by the tenant3. This right may be exercised at any time during the continuance of the tenancy or at any time after the termination of the tenancy when he remains in possession as tenant4.
