27 Compliance with the agriculture condition

When assessing whether or not the agriculture condition has been complied with, any use of the land, any commercial activities or any cessation of activities in breach of the terms of the tenancy agreement are to be disregarded save where the landlord or his predecessor in title has consented or the landlord has acquiesced in the breach1.

The requirement for compliance with the agriculture condition can be contrasted with that for the business conditions. Any failure at any time during the life of the farm business tenancy to comply with the business conditions
