A direction that all or part of a holding is to be treated as a market garden1 may be given subject to such conditions (if any) for the protection of the landlord as the tribunal2 thinks fit3. In particular, where a direction relates to a part only of a holding, the direction may, on the landlord’s application, provide that it is to take effect only if the tenant consents to the division of the holding into two parts.
