238 Notice of claim

The tenant is entitled to recover compensation only if:

  1. 238.1

        he has, not later than one month before the termination of the tenancy, given the landlord written notice1 of his intention to claim compensation2; and

  2. 238.2

        a record3 has been made of the condition of the fixed equipment on the holding and of the general condition of the holding4.
