226 Carrying out improvements

In a case where the tribunal grants approval to carrying out improvements, the landlord has the right, within 28 days (or one month in relation to Wales) from receiving notification of the tribunal’s decision, to serve on the tribunal and on the tenant a written notice of the landlord’s proposal to carry out the improvement himself1.
