(c) Long-term improvements made with consent of landlord or approval of tribunal

224 Long-term improvements to which consent or approval is required

  1. The relevant improvements are:

  2. 224.1

        erection, alteration or enlargement of buildings, and making or improvement of permanent yards1;

  3. 224.2

        carrying out works in compliance with an improvement notice served, or an undertaking accepted, under the Housing Act 1974 Part VIII or the Housing Act 1985 Part VII2;

  4. 224.3

        erection or construction of loading platforms, ramps, hard standings for vehicles or other similar facilities3;

  5. 224.4

        construction of silos4;

  6. 224.5

        claying of land5;

  7. 224.6

        marling of land6;

  8. 224.7
