21 Service of notices

A notice is duly given1 if it is delivered to the recipient, left at his proper address2 or given to him in a manner authorised by a written agreement (between the giver and recipient of the notice) made at any time before the giving of the notice. Service by fax is not sufficient without an express written agreement for service by such method3.
