192 Time of application

An application by an eligible person to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (in relation to England) or the Agricultural Land Tribunal (in relation to Wales) for a direction entitling him to a tenancy of the holding must be made within three months beginning with the day after the date of the death of the deceased tenant1.

In England, the applicant must send or deliver to the tribunal a notice of application, which must be signed and dated and include all the prescribed information2. The applicant is required to provide confirmation
