174 Specific matters

The tribunal1 must be satisfied that one or more of the following grounds has been established by the landlord:

  1. 174.1

        that the carrying out of the purpose for which the landlord proposes to terminate the tenancy is desirable in the interests of good husbandry2 with regard to the land to which the notice relates, treated as a separate unit3;

  2. 174.2

        that the carrying out of the purpose is desirable in the interests of sound management of the estate of which the land to which the notice relates forms part or which that land constitutes4;
