17 Introduction to the notice conditions

All farm business tenancies must comply with the business conditions and either the notice conditions or the agriculture condition. The agriculture condition alternative does not allow for diversification on any major scale and carries with it the risk of slipping out of the farm business tenancy code and into the business tenancy code.
