169 Notice after certificate of failure to farm in accordance with rules of good husbandry

Similarly, where the landlord of an agricultural holding applies to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (in relation to England) or the Agricultural Land Tribunal (in relation to Wales) for a certificate that the tenant is not fulfilling his responsibilities to farm in accordance with the rules of good husbandry1, the tribunal may, on granting a certificate:

  1. 169.1

        specify in the certificate a minimum period of not less than two months to determine the tenancy2; and

  2. 169.2

        direct that such period
