133 Extension of time limit

The tribunal1 may on an application by the landlord extend, or further extend, the period specified in a direction if it is shown that the specified period (or that period as previously extended by the tribunal) will not allow sufficient time both for the completion of preliminary arrangements necessary or desirable in connection with the work required2 and for the carrying out of the work3.
