131 Other restrictions on direction

A tribunal must1 not direct the landlord to carry out work for the provision or alteration or repair of fixed equipment to enable the tenant to comply with relevant statutory requirements unless they are satisfied that:

  1. 131.1

        it is reasonable to do so, having regard to:

    1. 131.1.1

          the landlord’s responsibilities to manage the land comprised in the holding in accordance with the rules of good estate management2;

    2. 131.1.2

          the period for which the holding may be expected to remain a separate holding; and

    3. 131.1.3

          any other material consideration3;

      and

  2. 131.2
