119 The specified matters

The matters for which provision is to be made in written tenancy agreements are:

  1. 119.1

        the names of the parties1;

  2. 119.2

        particulars of the holding with sufficient description, by reference to a map or plan, of the fields and other parcels of land comprised in the holding to identify its extent2;

  3. 119.3

        the term or terms for which the holding or different parts of it is or are agreed to be let3;

  4. 119.4

        the rent reserved and the dates on which it is payable4;

  5. 119.5

        the incidence of the liability for rates (including drainage rates)5;
