104 Agricultural holding

An ‘agricultural holding’ means1 the aggregate of the land (whether agricultural land2 or not) comprised in a contract of tenancy3 that is a contract for an agricultural tenancy4, not being a contract under which the land is let to the tenant during his continuance in any office, appointment or employment5 held under the landlord. Buildings may be included in the land forming an agricultural holding6, and a building may, without any other land, constitute such a holding7.
