Most media associations operate a system of recognition of advertising agencies. It is necessary for the agency to apply to the relevant media association1 for recognition2. Recognition will only be granted if the agency is able to satisfy the association of its financial standing, and compliance with the requirements of the self-regulatory system regarding advertising3.
