77 Right of cancellation

The cancellation right1 is broadly similar to that of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 20002, except that for life insurance or personal pensions the cancellation right period is 30 days starting with the day after the day on which the contract is concluded3, while for all other relevant services the period is 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded4.
