76 Disclosures

As with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 20001, certain information is required to be given prior to the conclusion of the contract and, in most cases, this must be ‘in good time’ beforehand2. The disclosures take two forms. One disclosure form must use a ‘durable medium which is available and accessible to the consumer’3. The other must be supplied in a ‘clear and comprehensible manner appropriate to the means of distance communication being used’4.
