71 Post-contract requirements of the Regulations

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide that the consumer should receive confirmation in writing or ‘another durable medium which is available and accessible to the consumer’1 of the information required2, together also with certain additional information including certain details of the consumer’s right of cancellation3. This must be received at the latest by the time the goods are delivered or, in the case of services, before the performance of the services is completed4.
