57 Discrimination on grounds of religion or belief

When the relevant provisions of the Equality Act 2006 come into force it will be unlawful to publish or cause to be published an advertisement which indicates (expressly or impliedly) an intention by any person to unlawfully discriminate on the grounds of religion or religious or philosophical belief (including any lack of religion or belief) in the field of education or in the provision of goods, facilities, services or premises1.
