Subject to certain limited exceptions, the presence and availability of United Kingdom licensed betting offices may not be advertised other than in a material form2. It is also an offence to issue, circulate or distribute in the United Kingdom any advertisement relating to bets made with a bookmaker outside the United Kingdom3.
